Datavault AI Secures Patent for Tokenized Asset Lifecycle, Bolstering $750 Million in Contracts

Datavault AI (NASDAQ: DVLT) has received a Notice of Allowance from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for its patent application covering the full lifecycle of tokenized physical and digital assets. The patent, titled "System and Method for Tokenized Minting, Authentication, and Utilization of Assets," addresses minting, authentication, and governed use across digital platforms and exchanges.

This allowance expands protection across the asset, content, and data-management layers of Datavault AI's technology stack, following two additional Notices of Allowance issued earlier this year. The strengthened portfolio supports commercial agreements, including a previously announced $10 million worldwide exclusive license agreement and tokenization contracts valued at $750 million reported for the first quarter of 2026.

The patent is a significant milestone for Datavault AI, which is focused on AI-driven data experiences, valuation, and monetization of assets in the Web 3.0 environment. The company's cloud-based platform provides solutions through its Acoustic Sciences and Data Sciences divisions.

The Acoustic Sciences division features WiSA, ADIO, and Sumerian patented technologies for spatial and multichannel wireless, high-definition sound transmission. The Data Science division leverages Web 3.0 and high-performance computing for experiential data perception, valuation, and secure monetization.

Datavault AI's platform serves multiple industries, including high-performance computing software licensing for sports and entertainment, events and venues, biotech, education, fintech, real estate, healthcare, and energy. The Information Data Exchange enables Digital Twins and licensing of name, image, and likeness by securely attaching physical real-world objects to immutable metadata.

The company's technology suite offers AI- and machine-learning-based automation, third-party integration, detailed analytics, marketing automation, and advertising monitoring. Datavault AI is headquartered in Philadelphia, PA.
